What happens next

We read the scenario and check the basics: property type, occupancy, loan amount and whether the rent could plausibly cover the payment.
If it looks workable, we ask for the county tax record, a landlord insurance quote and the lease, then run the coverage ratio against real program guidelines.
If it does not, we tell you why and what would need to change — more equity, a different property, a different structure.
If we proceed, costs are disclosed before anything is ordered.
