Who is responsible for your information

This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC, which does business under the DSCR Loans Colorado brand. Loan Daddy LLC is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at compliance@loandaddy.ai with any question about this notice or about information you have sent us.

Information we collect

When you send a scenario or contact us, we collect what you type: name, email address, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, property value and loan amount estimates, occupancy, and any message you add. We also record that you gave consent and when.

When you visit the site, our hosting and infrastructure providers record standard technical data: internet protocol address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. The lead form stores those campaign parameters — source, medium, campaign, term, content, and any click identifiers — in your browser session so the request can be attributed to the marketing that produced it.

The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type into it are not transmitted to us, stored, or used to contact you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, to evaluate whether a property and a borrower fit a business-purpose loan program, to shop the scenario with wholesale lenders, and to keep records of the consent you gave and the communication that followed.

We also use aggregated technical data to keep the site working, understand which pages are useful, and measure the performance of marketing. We do not use your scenario information to advertise to you on other websites.

Who we share it with

We share information with wholesale lenders and their service providers when you ask us to evaluate or place a loan, because that is the purpose of the request. We share it with the customer relationship management and communication providers we use to operate, and with infrastructure providers that host the site. We share it where the law requires, and with professional advisers under confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a form, you agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in an email at any time.

We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the wording and the timestamp, because we are required to be able to demonstrate it. Opting out of marketing communication does not prevent us from responding to a request you have made or from sending information the law requires.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising cookies. The lead form uses your browser’s session storage to remember the first page you arrived on and the campaign parameters attached to it, so a request sent later in the same session carries the correct attribution. That record lives in your browser, is cleared when the session ends, and is not readable by us until you submit a form.

How long we keep it

We keep scenario and transaction records for as long as needed to serve the purpose they were collected for and to meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping requirements, which in the case of a completed loan can extend for several years after closing. Information that is not connected to a transaction is kept only as long as it is useful, then deleted or de-identified.

Your rights

Residents of some states have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, or to appeal a decision we made about a request. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

To make a request, email compliance@loandaddy.ai and describe what you want. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. You will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.

We do not conduct profiling that produces legal effects, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising on this site.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and service providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfect, and no website can promise absolute security. If you would rather not send information through a form, call and we will take the details over the phone.

Children

This site is for people conducting business and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the date below and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, tell you before applying the new practice. The current version always governs.
